Important: Nanofika Does Not Ship Products

Nanofika is a product discovery and aggregator platform. We do not sell products directly, process orders, or handle shipping. All purchases and shipments are managed by the third-party retailers featured on our platform.

When you click "View at [Retailer]" on a product, you are redirected to that retailer's website where you can complete your purchase according to their policies.

How Shipping Works

1. Product Discovery on Nanofika

Browse our curated selection of streetwear and designer fashion from multiple retailers. Use our search, filters, and AI-powered recommendations to find products.

2. Redirect to Retailer

Click on a product to view details, then click "View at [Retailer]" to be redirected to the retailer's website. This link includes our affiliate tracking.

3. Complete Purchase at Retailer

Complete your purchase directly on the retailer's website. All payment processing, order confirmation, and shipping arrangements are handled by the retailer.

4. Shipping Managed by Retailer

The retailer will ship your order according to their shipping policies, timelines, and rates. You will receive shipping updates directly from the retailer.

Retailer Shipping Information

Each retailer featured on Nanofika has their own shipping policies, rates, and timelines. We recommend checking the shipping policy on the retailer's website before completing your purchase.

Most of our partner retailers offer:

  • International shipping to most countries
  • Express and standard shipping options
  • Tracking numbers for all shipments
  • Free shipping thresholds for larger orders

International Shipping

Most retailers on Nanofika offer international shipping. However, please be aware:

  • Customs and Duties: International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees. These charges are the customer's responsibility.
  • Product Restrictions: Some products (especially footwear and branded items) may have shipping restrictions to certain countries due to brand policies or local regulations.
  • Delivery Times: International shipping times vary by destination and carrier. Check with the retailer for estimated delivery dates.
  • Tracking: Most retailers provide tracking information for international shipments.

Order Tracking

Since orders are placed directly with retailers:

  • You will receive order confirmation and shipping notifications from the retailer via email
  • Track your shipment using the tracking number provided by the retailer
  • Contact the retailer directly for shipping status updates
  • Nanofika does not have access to your order or shipping information

Shipping Issues

Delayed Shipments

If your order is delayed, contact the retailer's customer service team directly. Shipping delays may be caused by:

  • Customs processing for international orders
  • Carrier delays or disruptions
  • Product availability issues
  • Weather or unforeseen circumstances

Lost or Damaged Packages

The retailer is responsible for ensuring your order arrives safely. If your package is lost or damaged:

  • Contact the retailer's customer service immediately
  • Provide your order number and tracking information
  • Document any damage with photos if applicable
  • The retailer will work with their carrier to resolve the issue

Incorrect Address

If you entered an incorrect shipping address, contact the retailer as soon as possible. They may be able to update the address before shipment. Address changes after shipment may incur additional fees.

Nanofika's Role

As a product aggregator, Nanofika:

  • Provides: Product discovery, comparison, and links to retailers
  • Does Not Provide: Shipping, order processing, customer service for purchases
  • Cannot: Track your orders, modify shipping addresses, expedite shipments, or resolve shipping disputes
